Can You Pay Cash at Planet Fitness?

Planet Fitness is a US-based company that franchises and operates fitness centers. It has over 2,000 clubs in various states.

It is one of the largest fitness clubs in the world with a number of members and multiple locations.

Planet Fitness is a safe gym for the entire community which commonly harbors people of all ages who love to keep a healthy lifestyle.

Due to being a franchise that operates on membership basis and charges for monthly subscription basis, Planet Fitness does not accept cash and you will need to add a card to your membership which will be charged monthly after initial trial period ends until and unless you get your subscription canceled.

To avoid late fees, the company requires a credit or checking account number on file.

This number can be used to automatically deduct fees from the account.

There are exceptions to this case where one may buy a membership for a specified amount of time and choose to pay with cash.

However, this is not available at all branches and the best solution would be to call the respective branch and state your inquiry.

Planet Fitness offers two payment options for its members. They can choose to pay monthly or yearly.

The annual fee is due on the 15th of the following year, and the due date is determined by the membership’s start date.

Some promotional policies allow members to pay in full using cash at certain locations.

If you want to try out Planet Fitness before getting the membership you can use the gym for a day by paying the day fee, or if you know someone who has the Planet Fitness Black Card, they are allowed to bring a guest for a day with them.

Planet Fitness is a good gym for the people who are on a budget and still want to maintain a healthy body and lifestyle.
