Does GrubHub give you a bag?

Yes, but the usage depends completely on the GrubHub delivery drivers. GrubHub does give bags to make sure the food does not spoil and remains fresh from the moment it is picked up to the moment it is delivered. But it depends on the driver whether or not it is used. You can use the bag if you choose to not wear the GrubHub shirt.

Do I have to wear the GrubHub shirt?

It is not necessary. Wearing the GrubHub shirt is completely left upon the delivery driver. Usually, with a GrubHub shirt, there comes a hat too. But the drivers are given full leverage on whether or not they have to wear it. It is not compulsory but if you choose to not wear the GrubHub shirt, you would have to pay for and use the GrubHub bag. If you wear the shirt and cap, you do not have to buy the bag.
