Can You Get a Receipt Reprinted from Best Buy?

Sometimes receipts for important stuff get misplaced or lost and you are in urgent need of it either to return/ exchange the said items or for any other purpose.

If you’re caught in a situation like that and the stuff you bought for was through Best Buy, you’re in safe hands as the receipts can be retrieved under many circumstances.

There are only a few situations when the receipt can’t be retrieved, even then you can go to the administration and see if there is another way out for your problem.

If you’re a member of the My Best Buy program, you can view and print gift and receipt details online.

You can also click the “Print” button to add a copy of your receipt to your shopping cart. After you sign in to view your purchases, you can also choose “Print” or “View details & receipt.”

When you make a purchase online, and then check out as a guest, you can see your receipt by providing your order number, last name, and phone number.

If you paid with a credit card, bring the credit card that you used for the purchase. They can look up your receipt with the card.

If you’re a My Best Buy member, you can also see your receipt by providing your email address, phone number, or My Best Buy member ID.

Unfortunately, they can’t retrieve copies of your purchases made in cash or checks if you’re not a member of the program or if the items were made more than ten years ago.

You can also call 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) to request a copy of your store receipt.
