Do I Have To Wait For My Instacart Card to Start Shopping?

Instacart took a great initiative to simplify their payment method by introducing the Instacart Mobile Checkout.

Shoppers can now simply tap and pay at any brick-and-mortar stores that accept Instacart Mobile Checkouts.

Instacart partnered with the platform Marqeta to allow shoppers to pay for their items using Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Instacart Mobile Checkout uses NFC technology which lets shoppers shop without fretting over security. The Mobile Checkout is only applicable on transactions made on credit cards through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The Mobile Checkout feature lets shoppers start shopping within less than a day after signing up on the platform.

Customers can use the Instacart Mobile Checkout to pay for their first batch of orders without waiting for their physical card to arrive.

This feature uses NFC technology to operate and secure customers’ payments and allows them to pay via Google Pay and Apple Pay.

With Instacart Mobile Checkout, the company provides maximum convenience to the shopper who is always on the ego.

The Vice President of Instacart decided to launch this feature when he realized that customers would like a more convenient way of paying directly from their smartphones. And what better way than making payments by clicking on tap and going?

The Mobile Checkout service is excellent for new shoppers, as mentioned previously. New shoppers can sign up on the platform and start shopping without waiting for their physical payment card to arrive.

Customers are free to proceed with their shopping and use Instacart Mobile Checkout to pay for their first order.

Moreover, Instacart has also started to offer a service known as “Leave at My Door Delivery”.

The company has been making progress by incorporating newer and innovative ways to make shoppers’ experiences more convenient and speedier.

Shoppers prefer to pay for their order by simply clicking on a tap and moving forward.

With the Instacart Mobile Checkout, shoppers don’t need to carry their physical cards with them at all times.

There are many occasions when you may not have your physical card with you, and that’s fine. You can depend on Instacart Mobile Checkout to back you up.

However, it’s encouraged that you try to keep your physical card with you in case of any emergency. It’s best to be prepared for any unforeseeable situation.

Conclusion:

No, you don’t have to wait for your Instacart card to start shopping. You can use the other methods allowed by Instacart to start shopping right after you have your Instacart account up and running.
