You do get trained and are informed about everything. This training keeps you up to speed and you get a very clear idea of what to do, how to do it, and when to do it.
The schedule which you have to follow and work by is updated and sent not 1, not 2, but three weeks before. This way you have a huge window of opportunity to get all your affairs in order!
Promotion is very regular in Walmart. Yep! If you work hard and are committed, you can get a promotion fairly easily. You need to make sure you do your part and the promotion will be yours.
Interviews at Walmart are a bit wonky. That is, if the person has shown up, chances are they get the job. which means if the person is lazy or comes late or does not do any work, you will not know till after a very long time.
