How Much Cash Back Can You Get at Big Y?

Big Y Foods, Inc. is a family-owned grocery chain that operates in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

It is known for its World Class Market and Big Y supermarkets. The supermarket does provide the facility of receiving cash back while checking out at Big Y.

As Big Y is a private corporation whose shares are held by a few individuals and not a public corporation, hence, its cash back limits are decided by the owners.

The limits for most places using debit card machines are set for $5, $10, $15, or $20.

However, for some stores the limit may be as high as $50 to $200. In case the limit is higher be sure to check your debit cards daily transaction limit.

Your card may also be charged for using this facility. It is best to be aware of the fee.

It may not be applicable on some places, but other places may charge it to cover the stores’ expense of providing you with the facility.

Some cards allow you to set the daily limit via contacting the managing facilities of your respective card company. This allows you to set a higher limit for your daily transactions.

However, this facility varies widely with the amount of cash you currently have in your account as you certainly cannot receive more than you have and any such attempt will lead to failure of the transaction being conducted.

Cash Back is a great facility provided by stores which saves you the hassle of running to ATM machines especially if you can’t find one nearby.

Be sure to contact the grocery store for their upper and lower limit of cash back before going in if you plan on receiving cash back from there.

However, in a world full of digital banking cash back is only needed for minor items.
