Online availability of Aldi products has made life a lot easier for Aldi’s faithful customers.
Although in-store grocery shopping can be a fun experience, most of us lack time to do it and the fun part of it converts into a more stressful and daunting task.
Which is why the option for online grocery shopping and home delivery or curbside pickup has made life easier for a lot of people.
Aldi offers a pickup option via orders placed on its own website shop.aldi.us, or by orders placed through the Instacart app.
Go to the website and select the nearest Aldi by adding your zip code. Add items you want to your cart and after checking out you will be given the option of home delivery or curbside pickup.
After selecting curbside pickup you will be directed to an Aldi associate who will prepare your bag for you and you can schedule a time for your pickup.
Aldi does not offer free curbside pickup. A small fee is charged for the service.
For an order below $35 the service charges will be $3.99, whereas for orders above $35 the charges will be $1.99.
However, pickup on orders above $35 is free if you are an Instacart Express member for which you will have to pay $9.99 monthly.
This option is better for those individuals who are frequent shoppers as compared to those who only shop for groceries once or twice a month.
Now all you have to do is pull up at the pickup slots at your scheduled time and your order will be handed over to you by an Aldi employee.
